How quickly will my order arrive after it ships?

I ship all orders through USPS First Class, unless otherwise selected at checkout. First class takes between 2-5 business days to deliver after it leaves my house.

Do you offer faster shipping options?

Yes, if you would like your package to arrive sooner, select Priority shipping at checkout for an uncharge. You can also contact me for a more exact arrival date, or for overnight delivery pricing.

Is there a shipping fee?

No, all my shipping in the US is free for First Class! I offer free shipping in my Etsy shop, so I wanted to continue here on my own website.

If you are not in the US and would like to purchase, please check out my Etsy page, lydiasvintage.etsy.com as it is set up to ship overseas. I don’t ship to every country, so if you are unable to view my Etsy shop, it’s likely I don’t ship to your country.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number. You can click on the link, or copy it into the USPS.com

How will my purchase be packaged?

Each piece of jewelry will arrive in its own gift box. Most orders will ship in a padded bubble mailer unless a box is more suitable due to item quantity ordered.

Where is your shop located?

I don’t have a physical shop, I make all of my jewelry out of my home here in Michigan and sell online and at shows in Michigan and surrounding states. I post a list of my shows here on my website, in my Etsy shop, and on my Instagram account.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, I do custom orders! Contact me through my email lydiasvintage@gmail.com with your ideas, and I can get pricing together for you.

Your jewelry looks familiar, have I seen you before?

Yes, very possibly! I have been selling on Etsy (and still do) since 2010, and I’ve been selling in person at shows also since 2010. We have traveled all over, and vended at small craft shows in Michigan, music festivals, large vintage shows, outdoor events, and comic cons in Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana and Chicago. We love doing this, if you see us at a show, say Hi!

What is your Return Policy?

I accept returns if shipped out to me within 30 days of receiving your order. Ship back to the return address on your package. If you need my address for returns, please email me. If you product arrived defective or damaged, please contact me with a photo of your purchase. I will process a refund within 3 business days of receiving product back.

How quickly do you ship?

I make and ship my products out of my home within 1-3 business days after purchasing.
