Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery of package.  Please contact us for a return authorization before shipping your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you

received it, unless otherwise communicated from seller.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we

have received your returned item.

Once inspected and if satisfactory, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, deposit may take a few days, depending on your bank or card.  If you have any questions during or about this process, please contact us at lydiasvintage@gmail.com.

 

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us at the same email as above before shipping your item back.  This follows the same guidelines as returns, 30 drays from delivery of product. 

 

Shipping 

When you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service

or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned

item.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.
